To deliver styling, recommendations, virtual try-on, and shopping assistance, we generate:
garment embeddings, labels, tags
silhouette and compatibility scores

structured wardrobe representations
1.4 Shopping & Selling Data
If you explore buying or selling features, we may collect product info, preferences, interest indicators, listing details, and transactional data.
1.5 Device & Usage Information
We collect browsing and usage patterns within the app, such as:
device type, IP address, OS, app version
feature interactions and event logs
session analytics
1.6 Third-Party Integrations
If you connect supported external accounts or cloud sources, we may receive limited information required to enable those features — only with your permission.

This data does not identify individuals.

Data Ownership & Export Restrictions
This section reflects your requirement clearly and legally:
All original photos you upload remain yours, and you may delete them at any time.
All photos taken by Vouch team and all processed wardrobe records, embeddings, AI-generated representations, virtual try-on outputs, and structured wardrobe catalogs are owned by Relayt Social Private Limited.
The data owned by Vouch including processed and AI-generated data constitute platform-generated intellectual property.
Users have the right to view and use this data only inside the platform, but cannot export, download, or transfer it to another service.
Full data export of wardrobe digitization outputs, AI-generated content, or internal garment representations is not provided.
You may delete your account, which permanently removes your access and deletes personal data as described in Section 7.
Data Rentention
We retain your information as long as necessary for Service performance and legal obligations. Users may request data deletion by writing to contact@vouch.social, but residual copies may remain in backups or disassociated from identifiers.
Data Protection
Security: We implement safeguards like encryption and access controls to protect Personal Data.
International Operations: Data may be processed globally, subject to local laws.
Your Rights
You may:
Update your profile
Request deletion of your account
Remove original garment images you uploaded
Control notifications
Withdraw permissions given to third-party integrations
However, as stated in Section on Data Ownership, you cannot request export or download of wardrobe digitization output, AI representations, or structured garment data, since these are proprietary to Relayt Social Private Limited.
Policy for Children
We do not knowingly allow accounts for individuals under 13.
If a child’s data is uploaded unintentionally, contact us for immediate removal.
