Buyers/sellers you interact with
Support teams assisting you
Automated workflows that personalize your experience
Any third party AI service used to generate platform content
Extended Use: Your information may be used across other brands associated with Vouch, where:
You are a connecting mutual between a lead of another brand and a champion.
This use is necessary to build trust and facilitate lead conversions.
Vouch Representatives: Your information may also be shared with authorized representatives of Vouch for operational purposes.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Pricing Changes: Prices of all Services are subject to change without notice. Changes will be visible at the time of change on the relevant platforms/apps/websites/social handles of Vouch or the Service itself.
Liability: We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Account Termination
Account Cancellation: You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. All of your content will be deleted from the Service upon cancellation. Some information may be kept for comliance & legal purposes for a limited time or as needed by Law. This information, once deleted, cannot be recovered.
Termination Rights: We, in our sole discretion, have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Vouch, including but not limited to logos, text, software, and graphics, are owned by Relayt Social Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our platform without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
We provide Vouch on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted services, we are not liable for:
technical errors, outages, or service interruptions
inaccuracies in AI-generated styling or try-on results
issues arising from user-uploaded content
indirect or consequential damages
disputes between buyers and sellers
Your use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from your use of the Service shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore, India.
Relayt Social Private Limited retains final authority in all operational and platform-related decisions.
